After some problems with our bus, our trip to England, which I had been looking forward to for a long time, began today at 2 o’clock in the very early morning.

Die Kanadische Botschaft organisiert am 21.10.2013 eine beeindruckende Begegnung:

Israel Unger hat gemeinsam mit Carolyn Gammon „The Unwritten Diary of Israel Unger“ geschrieben. Wie Anne Franks Familie so versteckte sich auch Ungers Familie auf einem Dachboden vor den Nationalsozialisten. Im Gegensatz zu ihr hat er überlebt und berichtet nun 2013 über seine Erfahrungen als Holocaust-Überlebender.

Israel Unger wurde 1938 in Tarnow, Polen, als Sohn polnischer Juden geboren und lebt heute in Kanada.

1. Tag in Guilsborough : 9. Mai 2012 (Ankunft)

Am 9.Mai 2012 fanden sich 20 Schüler der Klassen 8a-d mit ihren Eltern und die den Austausch organisierenden bzw. begleitenden Lehrerinnen Frau Zengerling und Frau Grzesik um 7 Uhr am Flughafen Schönefeld zum Abflug nach London/ Luton ein.
